19 - The game will be the same with those additions:
- more ships , and find way for the lower class ships to be used on a larger scale (higher levels or less money earning)
- it will be great to have a ship builder by class and RP
- more systems (waaaaaay more)
- dynamic economy sounds great
- storage units for each player, witch can  be placed on special stations or key planets.
- larger capacity servers with better connection for less lag
- keeping the cruise speed and adding warp
- engineer ships close to basses and planets to repair ships - this can be a new class in the game
- ...i can think of more later....

20. Nomad lasers are unbalancing all the other guns in the game, there is also a lack of shield breaking guns with different projectile speeds.( meters per second)

4 - Currently building a new house for myself, my girl and hopefully some new family members in the near future. Construction is my main interest and I am currently making plans to start my own business in that area. I hope I can start as soon as the house is done.
Hobbies: When I used to have spare time, I liked fishing on whitefish and pike.
5 - See 4.

6 - Difficult, since I have more than one favorite one. But if I really have to choose, it would be the Sabre. Unexpectedly good in PVP. Have to say I like the TC and the Deimos as well.
7 - That would be a brawler setup of sorts - possibly the 2 Tizona Del Cid and rest Vulcans, supported by a CD and a Torp launcher. Vulcans could be replaced by Annihilators at any time. Both types of weapons give me the most joy in PVP, as I feel they require a certain amount of skill regarding aim as well as flying style.
8 - Again, there are several. But if I were to pick one, it would be Alexandria. Because of the high traffic and because there is always action of some kind going on there. Also a good place to get to other systems from, because of its central position in regard to other systems. Unknown 2 is also nice, because of the obstacles and the fact that it's our home system. It's a pretty 'organized' system if you will, with just the two planets and the holes neatly arranged around the sun. Good diversity of NPC's there as well, so always something to do.
There are a lot of other systems I go to at times to chill out and enjoy the scenery. Babylonia is a classic there. But there are more.
9 -  :-? Tough one. To be honest I don't really visit planets and bases for an explicit purpose that much. If I do, it's because I just died lol, or when I wanna get another setup for one of my ships or do missions. In the case of missions it would be The Pirate and Nomad bases in Tartarus. Oh and I often dock on Battleship Osiris in Unknown 1 to pwn Order.
10 - See 9, Order. Served with some Bountyhunters every now and again.
11 - That would be the Fugitives, since the Reavers have a Fugitive rep and the Fugi's offer good weapons and a cool reputation. Even if I was a freelancer, I would love the Fugitive rep.
12 - No, to be honest I haven't done any trading or exploring since the new release came out. If I can find the time to come in game, I can more than fill my time with either handling FAQ stuff, play a bit of Reavers RP, or chill out in an anonymous char. And to be completely honest, I am just too lazy in game to get up of my backside and actually do some looking for a good trade run. Exploring: well, seen the most on previous chars, and the 3D's personally don't interest me that much.
13 - In the main a PVP'er although I like to do my share of NPC's at times.
14 - I think it's best if I pass on this one.
15 - I think I finished the single player once, and then left it to get covered with dust. Picked it up about a half a year later and played the SP again until the end. Was just getting bored with the game when I noticed the 'Multiplayer' button xD. Saw Void, jumped in and never left again.
16 - See above, finished the whole campaign twice before going MP.
17 - Well certainly not the cover of the disk box lol, that's ugly. I think it was the story on the back of the cover, and of course the fact that it was on sale for €5,-. What can I say, I'm a cheap Dutch guy lol.
18 - No doubt the story line. It struck me that it was pretty well thought-over, and could in fact happen some day, in principle. Not too much dreamy stuff, pretty basic future view of technological and racial development. And the way the different parts of the population ended up in separate places of the universe, each offering their own enemies, challenges and discoveries. Oh and I have to say that I find the faction description still pretty good.

19 - Of course the graphics, and then I'm referring to the looks of the ships. In general they have a bit too basic layout for my taste - cockpit, hull with wings, tail with nozzle. (Ofcourse this goes for the majority, not all of the ships in Void). I am sure that if we would really be in the part of the future the game is in, we would have developed more efficient ways of building a ship and its layout. Besides that I would like to see more advanced looking scanners, like a HUD 3D one. For the rest I think I can say that FL pretty much covers my view of future space flight and -travel.
20 - I never would have thought that a dated game like Freelancer has managed to grab me the way it did. Same goes for Void, Although I have hardly seen the insides of other servers, I have no doubt in my mind that there is no other server that can surpass the place that is Void. And I'm not only talking about the mods, but everything the Void provides for me. In time it really has become second home to me. The best experience - as well as a surprise - would be the fact that I have made real good friends here. Through a game lol. Who would have guessed that. I also have to add that I admire the fact that somehow the overall spirit on the forums and in game is a very positive one.

On a side note, if I can have my say here, I personally feel that 'law-enforcement' could be tightened up a little bit in some areas. Not in a way that it would create more of a forced atmosphere - that would mean certain death in these difficult time when Freelancer might struggling, but I do think that there are issues which could be countered a little bit more fierce. But often when I think about this, I wonder if this might be my military background talking and that maybe I am a bit too strict in these things. I dunno, that's m two Eurocents worth.

On another and final note, I would like to express my admiration for the love Strail never seems to stop showing for this place and the game. For someone who doesn't make any money off of it, who even pays a lot of it to make it all work, and somehow manages to squeeze in this demanding task of modding, maintaining the site, and other related stuff between the regular pre-occupations like work (believe it or not but he actually does have a regular full-time job), family, a social life and all else. Sometimes I think he has found a way to make 48 hours fit in the normal 24 a day has lol. But in times when other servers parish, the Void flourishes and even moves on into the future with new developments, giving us all the great place it is to have fun in and live our 'second life'. And in the end we have one man to thank for that. So my hatts off and kudos for the Boss.

6. Whats your favourite ship and why My favourite ship is the Anubis MKII because of it's balanced armour and firepower compared to it's manoeuvrability and speed.
7. my favourite weapon setup is a mix between Annhilators C one or two Tizonas and maybe some Skyblasters.
8. Have a favourite system you like to hang out in, why? I like to hang out in the Old New systems of Alexandria, Sparta and Babylonia. I also like to hang around in Omega 6
9. What Base/Planet do you like to visit, why? I like to visit the Nomads bases and the planets and bases of the new factions like Europa.
10.  Do you have a favourite faction you like to killThe liberty rouges there are so many of them on some places.

11. Do you have a favourite faction you like to ally with I prefer to stay neutral to all so I can land almost everywhere. But I seem to always ending up with being ally with the Corsairs.

12. Do you do much trading exploring, if so why/why not? (no spoilers) Yes I do, it brings more fun to the game to explore and find new things to trade with.

13. See yourself as a PvP'er or an NPC killer in the main? I see myself as something in between the two.

14. Any clans you love or hate? why? Well I love the Black Legion ofcourse, but I can't say I hate any of the other clans.

15. Did you play much Single player Freelancer before going Multi-Player? quiet a bit.

16. If you played single player, how far did you get before moving to MP? I finished the campaign and travelled around some after that to check things out.

17. What attracted you to play Freelancer in the first place? The freedom, the epic intro and the Freelancer intro+ plus some other FL and Starlancer clips combined with the song Still Waiting by Sum 41, and my friend Darkphoton.

18. In Single Player, what did you like most of all about the game? The freedom.

19. If you could build a new version of the game freelancer, what would you change from the existing one? I would include all the vanilla stuff, maybe enhance the graphic a bit but not to much, include some new factions, weapons and ships. Also introducing some new systems in the old vanilla style with everything on the horizon level. Would try to make a new storyline which the char from the old game would be a part of. I would call it Freelancer 2

20. Please add anything else regarding Freelancer, The Void etc. you would like to say which may not be covered in the other questions. I like the Void for it's balance as a multiplayer server which gives you the possibility to RP and PVP. I feel other servers who are e.g. RP servers takes away some of the freedom the game gives.  The balance between the ships are very good with the balance of firepower before speed and vis versa. must also add that Freelancer has the most EPIC video game intro to ever be made.

I wont change the Basics, well, only one basic thing: the respawn in FL. In my opinion ppl should respawn with 15 secs delay or in the 2nd base closer. That would make fights more atractive, and more fair
of course I would chamge too the graphics,and  how to dock&undock (it is slow), more guns, ships (fighters and freighters)etc.....

Freelancer is the best combat space simulator I have played. There is not anything so simple and so effective. This game with the proper Marketing and new graphics would be a real "bestseller" if any big company want to invest
edited: I forgot to say that I am playing FL since May 2005. I think you should add this question When you started to play FL? it is very important because then you can see the impact of the game in many ppl

7. Would love to be good at brawling but hate losing, so I tend to use sniper and missile mix, which I have got quite good at.
8. Love the Babylonia system , some great sites to see but its a shame more players dont use it.
9. Love Theta, always get a sense of being in a sci fi movie when the gas cloud parts and freeport comes into view. Reminds me of an old Sci fi film my dad and i used to watch when i was young.  Cant remeber the name but it had loads of large dome like greenhouses and was manned by a guy who played cards with his robots. Will need to google this and find out lol.

15. Nearly finished single player, but I somehow mages to delete my saved game so thought I would give MP a shot.  Still remember the buzz I got from seeing other players from all over the world flying about in front of me.  A shaking like a leaf when in a pvp through nerves.

17. Was a HUGE fan of Elite Frontiers and have always been looking for something as close to this as I could. Tried the X series but FL was more user friendly IMO.
18. The full story line and flying wing with somebody into battle.
19. More character creation. ie the appearance of Trent and his background.  I like to customize as much as possible TBH (this applies to every game I play lol)
20. A couple of ideas for the future that I would love to see are. More freighters that can trade and fight(like the thoth) for pirates and smugglers.  Change the NPCs if possible to some of the other ships we have here. (gets boring fighting the same ones all the time).  And lastly, more derelics to find,(like broken space stations or floating Battleships or just big constructions.

14. Well, to be honest I generally dislike DKH- Although the concept of a non-roleplaying Nomad clan isn't inherently wrong, I can't help but be irked by it. On a positive note, I really liked Do[r]k while they were here- I personally don't think this place has ever seen a better clan.

19. The addition of a system whereby you can permanently upgrade your ship and change its external appearance (Ever played Dark-Star One?) while keeping the capacity to buy different ships.
20. I'd like to see the Highbred confiscated from the Bounty Hunters, although I'd settle for an explanation of why they have them.
