Can't connect at all

I get a message saying you can't connect to the server because it is going offline or somet. Tried disabling firewall, admin mode, no luck.

The prob isn't on ur admin rights , it is on ur antivirus...
U must have AVG or Kaspersky or an AV in the black list of FL MP...u can see how to use FL with vista normally by checking this forums, sry i forgot the link but u can find it on this forum. Vista compatibility tutorial

Which AV prog are you using? And if you are using a router, have you forwarded a port for Freelancer?

And there's probably your problem. AVG does not work well with Vista and Freelancer. Using Eset or Window Live One Care would sort your problem. That is, if you already have forwarded the needed ports for Freelancer and have made an exception for it in your firewall.
