Hello All , Some Help please !

hey all been awhile since ive been on , missed the fun times of killing and be killed !

well been through problems with old pc -- motherboard literally fried !

ive gotten a whole new settup and well thats where in having problems with the game ..

my new screen is 1600x900 , any other resolution ran under freelancer distorts everything , stretches the screen out and looks pretty ridiculous !

well i manage to get it to set at 1600x900 but now im not able to see the action boxes on the edge of the screens and even the text box when typing is completly blank , although when i hit enter what i typed shows up in the system chat !  Also the names of players are exremly HUGE and stretched out .....

ill post some screenies below ...

any help would be great ... i saw a high resolution hack ( http://www.craigmayhew.com/blog/2008/09 ... tion-hack/ ) , but dont want to use untill admin say i can , even then the high res. hack doesnt show the action boxes , it only fixes the text ...

so id still have same issues , anyone know fixes for higher screen resolutions  ?

id like to get into game and destroy you all !!

Sythe, what's the max resoulution on your screen? 1600x1200?
I guess you have tried setting the in-game screen resolution to match the current size of your screen?

high quality wont fix where the action boxes are ... or any of the boxes for that matter , like in the server section !

this is SYTHE  ;)

max is 1600x900 , it is what is recomended , and used in other games i play , this is first one that im having issues with !

my ingame is set to my max res. of 1600x900 as the other lower resolutions stretch the screen out something horrible !

monitor is a HP 2009m -- wide lcd monitor
