Direct Connect File Added

I edited the file and put it up for people who might be having a problem connecting. The list server isnt updating at the moment.

Its in the downloads for FL Tools section and also attached to this post.

You just download the file, unzip it and click the add server button and launch freelancer button. It uses the registry settings to find the game so should be ok for everyone to use.
