That is the question ppl.Before you say yes or no plz know the following.
1.I was banned for making a threat to [Guide]Shee

2.I have a past history of bending rules and telling ppl off.(only that time I went to far)

3.I have made a promise not to bend the rules any more,not break the rules,and show respect to all [Admin],[Void],[Guide],ect.

4.If going to post a reply on this topic plz be respectful in your maner of what you say,it is just curteous to do so.

5.No flamming plz

i belive every1 should get a second chance but expect the admin 2 keep a very close eye on u if u are unbanned

Why are all these event ppl banning more then admins are? ( it just looks that way to my point of view ) it may be there just more of a traget i guess.

1) Event Staff CANNOT Ban A Player - we don't have the necessary rights or commands and I believe that we shouldn't be given these.

2) One player was recently 'kicked' following requests not adhered to. This has been cleared up with the player in question. A kick lasts for 10 minutes. If there is a technical aspect that makes it take longer, this is NOT a ban.

3) I fail to see what relevance this has on this post at all. If you have an issue with the Event Team, PM myself or Admin.

I have stated my opinion and nothing wrong with that, its not like I pointed you out or somthing.

this has nothing to do with the Event team, Nexiss was banned for attacking [GUIDE]Shee, and was banned by [ADMIN]Wayfarer, after discusion with other admins.

If you must post please try to keep it relevant to the topic.

I'm voting undecided, because i'm more than happy to leave it up to the admins who know ALL the details of the situation, where as i know very little.

I have stated my opinion and nothing wrong with that, its not like I pointed you out or somthing.

I will PM you missle_man to keep this away from the forums. You evidently have an issue and I'd like to help you resolve it.

Ultamatly I disagree with this post being here. I voted undecided, because it is up to the admins to decide... I also know that there was more to your ban than you stated above. I am sure the Admins will make a fair decision. Just be patient.

Very silly decision, which shows that you don't have a respect for server staff or just guides. Either way it's appaling behaviour to do, as these people put their time and effort into helping people on the server and making things great!

You obivously are telling us that you can't be trusted and will bend and break rules. Why should we let a person like you back then?

If you truely meant this you would have followed the rules from the start and never shown abusive or agressive behaviour to Server Staff.

I personally feel that you should not be un banned, however that is not my decision to make. Also i feel it is very inapropraite to make a thread based on this decision. You are trying to get back in just by relying on player support, almost an appeal to pity. This is complelty the wrong way to do it and you should have done it a better way. Good luck with whatever you do but i would prefer it if you remained banned.

give him a chance,hes one of the best pilots on the Void as well,evryone have a bad day that says something that shouldnt be sayd or do something that shouldnt be done,but in case of Nexis i guess a permanet bann is to much [my opinium],like for example,someone that should remain banned permanetly is Tore,and Nexis is not on the same level as Tore,just an example lads.

Each situation is different, so we can not use people as gauges or guidelines.

I've never actually met Nexiss, so obviously i can't make a judgement on his kind of charcter. All i am basing my opinion on is what he has written in his post. In the end no matter what we all say it is all down to Strail.

ye Daniel bud,i know each person needs to be analysed without comparison,BUT,i do know Nexis and hes cool person but got a way of playing hes role play erhmmm....radical?
