Guess the F what.. behind all these windows I had open was a notification, "YOU MUST REBOOT AFTER UNINSTALLING AVG" .. so I rebooted and life is good! See you online! 01 uninstalled AVG 8.0 FREE
02 turned off Firewall
03 stopped firewall service and deactivated in SERVICES.MSC
04 stopped IP Helper service and deactivated in SERVICES.MSC
05 disabled IPv6 in Network Connection Properties
06 opened port 2302 on router (TCP and UDP ...
