All players please take note. Just to clear a few things up.

This is The Void, all players regardless of their clan tags or roleplay style are welcome.

Play within the server rules. Any codes of conduct you decide among yourselves is OK, as long as it is not to the detriment of the server or what it stands for.

This a place for all to have fun and enjoy this game, yes that’s right it’s a game, so please REMEMBER THAT !

So lets have a little recap for all –

Pirates [X] - They are the only players that can tax anyone at anytime.

Anyone else who is not tagged [X] can and will be banned should they ply this trade.

Rogues [R] - By their very nature they are the scourge of Sirius. So treat every encounter with caution and there is a very real risk they will kill you for absolutely no reason.

Hunters [H] - They hunt and kill pirates, rogues and other bad characters.

Assassins [A] - Normally players contract these killers to eliminate a foe or someone that’s a problem. They never reveal their employer.

Traders [T] - When being taxed. Pay the asking price or negotiate. Fight them, if you win you don’t pay, if you lose pay the tax. Refuse to pay – no doubt you will die.

Try moving to another system to trade, for example Tohoku is a favourite pirate system use it at your own risk.

Clan tagged players - They work within their clans rules and roleplay, Kill on site’s, alliances etc.

Freelancers - These players just do their own thing, their roleplay is their own.

Now take some advice from an old fart who’s gone through the ranks.

Trust me you will die, yes you no doubt will be taxed, sometimes you win a fight or two, maybe you trade, PVP, explore, sit on the rock picking your nose I really don’t care. Freelancer is just that freedom to enjoy and have fun, freedom to interact with other likeminded people and be part of a great community.

Enjoy your time here. Enter into combat in the spirit of having fun, say “GF” afterwards even if you’ve just had it handed to you 50 v 1.

I was a n00b once undocking from Manhattan and flying into the unknown. I’ve had moments of frustration being killed, getting owned and being totally pissed off when things were not going my way.

I have ALWAYS remembered that behind that game name is a real person. I don’t care what shape, size, colour, religion or sexuality you are. I’ll still try to kill you whoever you are and I hope you have as much fun as I do with the interaction. I don’t care what anyone says respect is earned by in no small part playing and fighting with honour, I know been there, done that.

EVERY SINGLE PLAYER that logs on and plays within the server rules is welcome and important.

For the love of all things holy just play the bloody game and have some fun. Just stop all this he said, she did crap. It’s starting to get bloody depressing reading it all.

FFS remember this is a game, play it, have fun and die well.

True it's just a game. but when u play long enough it starts to become real
And personally, the real world sucks most of the time.
If i could i would do it like in the matrix and just plug a wire into the back of my head and get sucked into the game and play forever

It is all just a game, to have fun. When people ruin it by cussing and just being annoying for the sake of it destroys the fun, and then people leave cause they don't wanna here any more bullcrap.
