I’m sorry but I have to say something –

Firstly - TIODS I agreed wholeheartedly, peoples perceptions of what is happening differ, I was not in the same system as Blue so I can’t agree or disagree with what he saw. Maybe his screenshots could shed some light on this. If there were indeed modifications being used by people, then those people are so sad it beggars belief.

For my part I saw everybody jumping around all over the place when the lag was bad, no doubt I did the same in their eyes. It was unfortunate but it happened and as far as I know no modifications were used, certainly not on my ship, but in someone else’s eyes ………………. you make up your own minds.

As to Blue’s comments about the XEF / Knights and Saints being turn-coats, I’m sorry my respected brother but with that I can’t agree. Your feelings on these “turn-coats” are of course yours and your views are as valid as anybodies here. I have no wish to fall out, cause you any anger or upset over this.

But this is the way I see it,

The XEF / Knights and Saints evened up the numbers, they gave the colours a chance to have a real good fight and that translates into a real battle for all of us, Colours and Void alike.

I have to say that their “sacrifice” was much appreciated by no doubt many on the server, least of all the Colours and most certainly by me.

As has been said, it was not a snap decision, it was discussed and agreed upon some time in advance. In my honest opinion it made this invasion good fun and indeed a great deal fairer. That ladies and gentleman was the reason I and many, many others joined in, to have fun, to fight and on rare occasions, for me at least actually kill something.

As to Pest’s commitments Trac my respected brother, I must speak as I find and he has never given me occasion to doubt his commitment as an admin. I have seen him chastise a “fellow” pirate and also a Saint for pushing their luck, when he was dressed in his admin’s clothes. I’ve had occasion to witness him jump out of his pirate tag and into his admin ship to sort out some trouble. So until I witness anything to the contrary, keep up the good work.

Many people worked bloody hard to make this whole event possible and it would very disrespectful to them all to ruin all their hard work. Again thank you to Strail and the others for putting this event together, it is appreciated by a great many my friend believe me.

So I will say this in closing, with the greatest respect to you all please can we not sour all the good fun, laughs and a good battle and turn the whole thing into a flame war.

Did any1 else have 2 conurrent connections on that day? If you did you would have seen some ammusing things. Like 2 people shooting at each other on a headlong charge. looks good till you step back and see both screens and realise both ships were pointing in oppersit directions despite being able to see the other ship infront of them (wish i had some screenshots of that, lol). Another phenomomem, i witnessed a lot was, having flown through combat unscathed to hit freespace for a sec, to have sheild and hull disappear, with no enemy fire, lol. Strange things happen with lagg, even occasional catchups like that, lol

I saw speed mods,I saw a glitch loadouts with regaurds to guns.

Save the blowhard excuses, I got over 100 pic's of it all.

Stunning when we all think, that we as the void players, are suposed to rally and FIGHT for our server,but to do it with a speed mod,know what I mean saint nugusus( travel 1/2 way across dyson system in the blink of an eye.....nice red lag)

Here's 1 xWraithx and xPestx annouce 15 minutes into the war,that there were defecting to fight with the colors( nice pic of chat-room-window) Does that mean that they NO LONGER should be allowed to play at The Void, as they want to turn-coat,back-stab right after the war starts,go leave us, like any1 would really care about you two if left,you leave no values,as you have none.

As for the pics,I'll e-mail them,no need to let all the modders,know that we know,have a nice day,if thats possible for a dis-loyalist to commit too.

I would like to see these two turn-coats,leave the server,as they like the colors,go play there,and leave the more noble clans to enjoy our void.( does not include some of the saints,they know who they are'eh nusguunus


ps-- If there was ever to be a void-freelancer picnic,I would pattition it be on the Ivory Coast,then the playing field would be quite even.

If you can't regognize things caused by lag learn how the game works before accusing.

Or maybe you were that BBB a few days in nomad1 whom i blowed away and who afterwards threatened me with server bans because of nonexistend serverrules? And you are trying now to get it back on me?

To all... see this is why so many interesting players/clans leave the void.. because ppl who can't beat you with guns try to play rules lawyer and get a ban on you.

Geez.. i am sick of such things almost everytime i play (bluerod beeing just the 1st one to put such things in forums).
I am not unbeatable- but if you can't beat me maybe i am just better. Not everyone who can beat you cheats!!!!!

I agree with viva too here...

Stoerte is simply one of the best players on this server. He is an Ace as a fighter and also a player with who you can actally talk about things I have fought him numerous times and i have won only once, lol he had a Sabre, i had Anubis MK2 sometimes there has been lag, sometimes there has not. and i know that the world ends before i see him cheating

It saddens and infuriates me when ever people who lose, or can't kill you straight away accuse you of cheating.

Stoerte was a hell of a pilot when void was my only server, i can only suspect that he is better now, he would be the last person that would use a mod in my view..

I think that accusations of ths nature should be kept to a PM not in public forum...

Its saddens me that there are people who will complaine, i was not on becasue i was haveing problems with my partner. saturday night, while some were wonderin about speed mods and sides, i watched while the person i love to bits kissed someone else infront of my face, the resulting row ment we broke up and are not even freinds, not only do i lose her but i lose time with her daughter as well now.. im gonna get over it but its real life and thats were we should worry about stuff..

I spent quite a bit of time getting this going and helping colours lads set up, i canclled some time set aside with my partenr to help out. if there was another one why should i bother now when i see this...
