The New Clan Ships

Ok so there is the issue if the clan ships being buyable by all. Would clans be upset with people buying there ship? and or would freelancers be upset with the clan ships only being avalabe to clans?

There are 6 new non clan ships in the mod plus 10 new clan ships. The clan ships can be given to each clan member through admin acess. But this will cause a delay since each ship will have to be given to each new memeber. (Maybe clans will want to put a restriction on who in the clan gets the ship. Maybe put new members through a test to get their clan ship. Just an idea) Here are two options as to how to do this:

One... make the clan ships only avalable to the clans.

Two... Make the ships avalable to all but have the clan each have a clan skin. So when they buy the clan skin will be added.

Please offer any ideas. All feedback is welcomed. We want everyone of the void to be happy. Thank you everyone

Good idea with the clan ships at the void server. i think the clan ships only avalable to the clans.

On another server i have played on 'Colourselite' they do the clan ships not avalible to the non-members....but use a Mod-patch method to enable the clans to buy there own ship...Maybe this could work here?

Buyable by clan members only, or maybe let each clan decide what to do with their ship, if they want it produced for the masses, or reserved for clan members only.

it should be for clan members only cause other wise it just defeats the purpose of haveing the clan name on it and stuff ya know?

i agree with cougar each clan should decide what they want to do
but the possibility for anyone to get a ship is appeling only if each clan has his own color

that would put some color out there

I think the clan ships should be clan only, with the possibility of clan leaders being able to give permission for non clan players to have the ship. Although there are 10 clan ships, those ships are only available to member of the particular clan. They are based arround existing ships in void, so there is no advantage. I was able to fight and beat these ships in a sabre. (at least til someone made a missile boat. You know who you are). So if these clan ships are clan only, it means that if your in a clan there are 7 new ships to choose from, if your not then 6, is this really so bad, to add a little colour to the void.

Well i think it would be nice each clan with is own colors....

will there be new freighters? i don't know if it's hard or not but if a clan member buy a freighter (it won't then be the "clan ship") is it possible to put the clan color on it

good input guys, as far as the freighter i have not designed a freighter clan ship. not sure about strails ships he is adding though. There might be one in them. Giving this a *bumpity bump bump*

the idea of me makin the ships wasnt for clans
it was for everyone

why should a clan get there own ship that only they can fly?

The clans should have there own skinned, ships not there own ships
this means doubling all the clan ships for freelancers

this is turnin into a nightmare

"ive done these ships would anybody help me get it to work in freelancer"

now clannin em so the casual cant have
