Firstly, bringing up the names of those two players is absurd. As far as I am aware they are both inactive; they have no bearing on this. Are you going to blame everyone who has left the Void or is taking a break for what happens with the clan started? If they don't lead the clan, they are not responsible any more. End of story.

Secondly, you still do not understand the concept of roleplay. The whole point and purpose of RP is to give people the opportunity to try out different stances and attitudes; your clan is singlehandedly trying to take this away.

I really cannot stress this enough; TWO tags on DIFFERENT characters should be treated as TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. It is perfectly sensible for a person to be in a navy clan and have a pirate charatcer, it does not make them traitors to their RP, it makes them a multirole RPer! And stopping people from doing this will crush the sense of RP on this server and will drive people away as you take away their freedom of choice.

I appreciate n*o and their call to arms. When faced with organised clans like DTA and Netsphere and an  apparently fragmented Navy community the frustration of seeing Navy players with "other" characters appears to make them feel a certain sense of injustice.  

"RP or not to RP, that is the question..."  You gotta know that the enemy are laughing up their sleeves at this conflict. Navy turning on Navy? Can't do anything but make their  lives easier.

I had the joy (from a traders pov) to see 4sSquad en mass in Sparta last night - training I guess.

Seriously guys. If n*o's clan rules forbbid multi characters for their own members then so be it. But to start taking out "friendlies" because they have another character that's a pirate, is a very quick way to become alienated.  I have had good experience of n*o and they have been very helpful to my trader characters and have always responded positively when asked for assistance or information.

n*o have my support as a Navy clan protecting the vulnerable of Sirius.  Just wouldn't want to see them  end up as target practice and exposed to both Navy and Pirate/Rogue fire.  I cast my vote asking that they reconsider their noble, but slightly flawed position.

Just my humble opinion and twopence worth from an old war dog.........Good luck chaps.  8)

This was my point exactly, and greaver/namo were too busy trying to be peaceful and use diplomacy which to me is stupid, because thats not going to change their minds, what they are doing is akin to player harassment in a mild form, and I won't stand for it, n*o started the childish drama crap with me, I'm going to finish it.

None of Greavers concerns now as I'm just going to blast them away, I took care of Sky (the initial trouble maker) a couple of days back, 12-2 win to me, the first 2 being warm up fights, after that he got blown away and I think he was talking about my torpedos being too fast or something in slovak lol.

In any case, what they do is wrong, and I'm happy to shoot them so they can't shoot anyone else over this illogical RP, which isn't RP in the first place, because if it was they wouldnt be shooting navy.

This is my message to n*o, you want to shoot me, I will make a pirate character, stick it in your face, switch to my BBD char and waste all of you, hows that for RP

You do realise that at present the ONLY sanctioned roleplay within the rules of the server is Pirates...no other tags/roleplay classes are officially supported here?

This means basically that an [R] tag means nothing
An [H] tag means nothing
A [T] tag means nothing..etc etc

Therefore any roleplay restrictions you wish to place on yourselves as a none pirate character are for the time being entirely up to you..they wont be enforced by server staff..and most significantly here, other players cannot hold you to roles either unless that role is pirate..

That being said licences have been fixed but the rules governing thier uses haven't been fully finalised yet so as and when we get that done roleplay will be enforceable and players will be expected to adhere to rules of engagement/codes of conduct for each roleplay class..

Maybe before getting upset at "navy" players and "rogue" players who have absolutely zero obligations to fulfil any roleplay you should wait and see how the licence system pans out
