Rules are good. This is however a very short list of rules. Freedom seems to be given to the pilot and their level of integrity. I've seen a number of comments re sending cash to up a level for a kill and dock raping. Quite frankly I love flying knowing that on the other side of any gate could be a world of hurt. I do have one question though that is not covered by the rules;

1. Is New York a no shoot system. I've heard a few people comment that it is a no shoot and no kill zone yet I've been shot at there. This is not in the rules just the below 20 level no kill rule. Is NY a no kill system, aka a safe system??

No player can damage another in NY..... AI can damage you but another player can't...not possible.

Guns may have no effect, but if you ram your ship into another, say a n00bs dagger, you can knock their shields and armor down to where they blow up.
