As A51 Clan Ambassador (Note that RagingMonkey above is our Clan leader and may recind this statement) I direct all A51 Clan members to pay said tax upon request and have a friendly chat. Note that I have paid said tax before and hopefully once we have contributed enough to the 'kill the DTA slush and torp' fund, we will go friendly with said Clan.

ps. please direct our pilots to this post should they decline payment on server prior to entering hostilities. Note also that should a pilot decline pm us first or post here and we shall make payment on said pilots behalf. We are new here and as such some pilots will need to learn of this arrangement prior to being taxed. Can I suggest that rather than greening an A51 Clan pilot and saying "this is you 10 minute warning to be taxed!" that will turn them bright red and get them cranky, that you take a leaf out of my book on Ambasadorial Shipman....um....ship and say "Hello A51 Clan pilot. As per agreement with RagingMonkey and Ambassador Shipper tis time to collect the tax that we use to kill DTA. Can we meet to pick up said funds". This will have a far better effect. You may even be able to encourage them to go attack the DTA to keep the, busy why you fly elsewhere.
