Greaver, m8... I know our action isn't out of frustration. I was only wondering if there will be others who will act on their own frustrations.

And in the end maybe they should. In the end I hope we all can take this and turn it into a new challenge and a new way to enhance our RP's,  and have some fun with it. It's a change and an unpopular one, and some, me included, don't care for the way it seems to have unfolded.

I think back on all this, way back to when some of us once said here in the forum that it just wasn't right for pirates to sit back and pick off traders at the gates for fun and profit. Well now they won't. Turning up the heat on traders is ok by me. Using the Navy to effectively blockade systems and trade routes s fine by me and a great change to RP. Turning pirates from taxing to terrorizing in much the same way the pirates of the high seas did in their tall ships to me is a welcome shift. Pirates killing on sight doesn't make them rogues... it makes them ruthless. DTA doesn't wear an [R] and they're ruthless. Anyone can shoot anyone... as we keep saying, it's a shooting game. All this willdo in the end is change where we shoot at each other, not how or why or when.

Let's play the game and see how it settles out. Let's not all take our marbles and go home.

Oh, don't you worry, sparky. We'll still go after you too. And in a target-rich environment you've still got top priority.

No one likes change and change always SUCKS!  But I've been thinking on it for the past 7 hours at work and I'm just going to wade out this hurricane of a storm and see what happens.  I guess that's all we can do at this point.  :-<  :-<

Suck it up with the endless moaning already, you lot "Rogues" and Pirates dont seem to realize that your actions have an impact on the new players that come here. SURE its okay for YOU to turn Alexandria into a mindless Slaughter area, like Omaha Beach, but think about it from the other players view aswell, sure it's no problem for you, since you lot are over lvl 80 ffs.... you got game money, you got everything, you do realize, that when Alexandria has been turned into a non pvp system for now, the traders will move to other routes, and that is where you should go and hunt them. IT IS NOT like we made Alexandria for you just to sit down and shoot sitting helpless ducks, how about you see a little effort in catching and hunting your prey??,

remember for the LAST TIME: IT HAS TO BE FUN FOR EVERYONE, NOt JUST YOU!, oh yes, there are others playing on this server aswell...if this is how you show your support for this community whenever we try something new for a change...well then this obviously is not a place for you, because apparently you dont like to play here, why make a huge grievance posts about it? if you dont like it here, you can always move to another server, but NO, you always come back no matter what, you leave, come back, leave come back, endless circle, SO, that leaves me to the conclusion that here is apparently something that makes you guys to Stick around, and that is good, but really guys, STOP with the whining, and handle it like adults, most of you are over 30 ffs!

OVER AND OUT!

All I can say is emphasis on the new, rather than catering for those who really do get stuck in ;P It's not trying something new, its bringing back something which was old and failed in the first place. Thirdly, it is nice being left in the dark when changes like that took place. Yes a lot of us are of higher lvl's, but in reality, how much money does it take to maintain a fighter ship? You can earn 30 Mil in 1 hour, that's enough for more than a weeks worth of fighting. Why do you even need to be lvl 90? Whats so fascinating about having a fat orange in your pocket? Nomad missions can provide you with with almost 1 million for good missions. How about participating in tournaments and earning money that way? I've earned 100 million on one of my characters the past week for participating in two tournaments!  Void is a dictatorship, nobody really wants to know what the vast majority of players want :P
