++ General Message: To All Allies and Interested Parties. For Crimes committed in the Non Aggression Zone of New York - Right outside of the Manhattan Docking Port  - The miscreant and craven coward named as USS INTREPID is hereby listed to AoF as KOS with no limitation.  This act was carried out in full view of others and several crews suffered at the hands of this coward.  AoF personally lost equipment because of this undesirables choice to breach protocols in the Non Aggression Zone.  Vengeance will be swift, constant  and deadly.  Message Ends ++

EDIT: An Apology was recieved in game.  He appeared a little surprised. It was explained to him that any re-occurence of the same will result in a ban.  We expect an apology to be posted soon.  He has now been removed from the AoF KOS list.  This is with effect as from 16:30 GMT on the 5th of July.    :)  Thanks for all your support chaps and chapesses.

In the absence of a screenshot may I presume there were at least a couple of eye-witnesses who can vouch for this act? Not that I doubt you, Zeb, but proof is required...

It's a banning offense, just need the proof then petition Admin in PM with the proof. They'll decide if a ban is on order. With the recent posting on this very subject and Admin's verification that these acts will result in a ban, there seems to me little doubt this person shall be made an example of the seriousness and that it will not be tolerated.

@ Wolf :There were a couple  - Silver Death was one of his victims - he was helping me with the transfer - TSG I think is the clan - new to us - German Chaps, and another "dogfood" was shot up by him - would be interested to know if there were others.

@ The Rest of the Posse:  Had a quick chat with Strail. On this occasion and in the absence of a Screen Shot I reckon that a bit of a "Hot Welcome" when he sticks his head out of a Gate should suffice - Please DO NOT go earning a ban on my account -  KOS is fine and you can chase him from one end of Sirius to another, just so he knows how serious we are... *( I cant believe I just typed that..... )  - Screen shots of his repeated death will be gladly accepted - Should a humble apology be forthcoming with some "Insurance" money - cos you know what the premiums on those ships are like, and if you loose kit  - the assessors can be a PITA...  ;) Then I think we can call off the dogs - but until that happens, as far as I am concerned he is Food for the Fishes.

The benefit of age and wisdom is that you get over your initial dented ego pretty quick and when you get a response like this to such a blatant breaking of the rules on the Void it tends to take the sting out of the afrontery.
