:D Spent some time with a girlfriend there - went on a flight over the lakes in a sea plane. Did loads of romantic stuff ...! Loved the seafood market and the Needle - went for lots of walks and got introduced to life in North America.  Didnt see much else...... :-?

Then the heartless wench ditched me on her return visit to the UK..

So I went and married someone from San Francisco instead..  ;)  so probably no help at all realy....Great scenery though.

Hmm....  Since it's right down the street from me, you'd think I could come up with a few things...

EMP (Experience Music Project) comes to mind..
The Space Needle
Home Mariners or Seahawks games are always a blast
Underground Seattle is really cool
Pike St. Market
The food in most restaurants!!
The music scene is really busy - Bad Animals Studios!!  (Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart own this)

And, if all else fails, beat on Bill Gates door and tell him to get FL2 in motion :D

Have fun!  It's a great city!!  I'm quite sure that Frac will add to my list.

Go to The Museum Of Flight.  Planes from all eras (new space exhibit too).  The planes are presented in historical context with compelling stories.  Just damn beautiful.

Get the little greaseball dougnuts at Pike's Place market.

Dittos on The EMP.  Great Northwest perspective on Rock & pop.  Rent the audio tour equipment, it's worth it.

Ride a ferry.  Great way to see magnificent views, and relax.

Time permitting, Mount St. Helens is awesome.   Big boom.

If you're a thrillseeker, drive on The Viaduct and the 520 floating bridge.  Any seismic activity above 5.0 and you'll get a VERY fun ride.

The Space Needle is a rip-off.  Get to the top of the Columbia Tower for the best views.

Hope this helped.
