I think we need to clear up the confusion.

The original Idea came with the name KOBK. Then while the idea was becoming reality the name was changed to -=REAVERS=-

It's not both.

It's just -=REAVERS=- .

That 'Kill Or Be Killed' is the motto not the name. The name is on the bottom left corner.
