system chat problem

I'm havin problems with my systems chat.     I can read private chats and group chats, but I can't seem to be able to read the system chat. I'm not tryin to be rude.   %-(   I also think that when I can't see the system chat that yall (you all) can't read mine in the system chat. So, Please pravite chat me.  :D I tried sevral time to get someone to type in the system chat for me that I can't read the system chat ,but I think yall think I'm jokin because no one would help me.  :-??   I'm not. So, One more time I'm not trin to be rude, and if someone could help me with this problem that would be nice.  Untill then please private me.  :-<
