Retrieving characters from OLD ID

hi, yesterday i found my original account id for the server, i managed get it running on another part of
my laptop, entered the id, but when i log onto the server i have no characters anymore when im
sure i had either 4 or 5, all with equipment and money etc.

can i get them back or are they gone forever

so what exactly happened to them, ive started again awhile ago and am happy, it was just a nice surprise to find me old characters, only then to have them snatched away lol

First, be sure you have really right number.

Second - try FL id changer to rewrite it, sometimes it helps.

If still nothing.....they have been deleted for inactivity.

Characters not used for a set period of time are auto deleted.

I just don't recall if the current setting is at 60 or 90 days....  This is the second time this has come up recently...  I really need to look at the setting so I can give a more accurate answer....lol
