The Void 2115 Mod Client

Just out of interest has anybody actually got the mod to work, I've had to uninstall it and Freelancer altogether

Bad idea making it an exe install instead of a standard FL mod.

How to make this MOD to be usage by FLMM

Follow a few steps:
1. Just instal it to .....\Void 2115 folder  ....  (not into FL game directory, make a fresh new anywhere)
2. Copy \Void 2115  folder to .....\Freelancer MOD Manager\Mods
3. Uninstall it (that will erease your folder maked in step 1.)
4. Run FLMM and activate the MOD
5. Lunch FL


I do this and i have a same problem as I sad a few minutes earlier.
I always have "Login ERROR message" after splash screen

Posibilities: Maby my game try to automaticaly log in on to server like another Admin or something like that.

I'll keep trying to figure what's goin' on. But, if I still can't connect, I'll try it tommorow.
And, If i still can't connect tomorrow, I'll wait to CLIENT version to be released.

the mod is loading so long I had to connect the hamster wheel to my computer in order to make it faster lol

ok no jokes, its not loading at all, the only thing I see is the Void screen

This is a little trick: "How to eliminate InstallShield Wizard" for future usage

Autoinstall is copyin' files on to destination and make uninstall LOG file which contain info for reverse install (uninstall)

So, When you copy instalation folder, you just backup the original files to another destination.
When you uninstall it, you'll delete all files and folders in installed folder, but you still have original files (EXTRACTED) ready to be used width FLMM

btw, try to do this width all Freelancer game (original) and you'll see it works
amazing, but works

e.g.
I do not need to install a 70% of games I have backuped, I just run the game from backuped folder
other 30% is registry worked trick - just find and extract to .reg all info about that game.
When you need to uninstall, just find all info in registry and delete it (don't delete backuped files instead you burn'em on CD/DVD)

That doesn't alter the fact that the game wont run with the new mod

I'd be wary of any .exe installs. Vector might've gone insane and tried to destroy all games just for a bit of fun.  :P (Obvious joke in case vector gets offended.)

people i got the way to download it!!
took  me a while to find out how but i got it...
first download the mod on the /C section...
extract the files and when its done a new window will pop out
continue until it says click her to start downloading
form there browse and make a new folder on the /F section
you should have the space and the loading should start
it worked for me hehe im so glad!!!
