Yeah, I did, thought you were saying about quitting the server if I didn't like what i've witnessed.

You know, I DO press esc when I get attacked while in that small "vulnerable" time, the problem is you are damaged already. (You think, or I die here and return to whatever I came from, or you ESC and fight and try to survive. Problem is you'll start to fight with your shiled\part of your hull damaged). That's the essence of what I tried to put in the 1st post.

The amount of time you spend in the forums and the amount of time you spend in the game are not the same.  It's quite possible you joined the website last year, but became uninterested an took a break.  Or, that date of 9 months ago is the date you created an alter alias to hide from your main alias, but you just never used this one for whatever reason.  So now you try and take the approach that you are "new" lol

That's actually quite it. And in that previous run through Freelancer I've never came in contact with something like a KOS player\clan without the R or X tag - maybe it was just coincidence, maybe I was lucky, but I didn't see nothing like it. That's why it felt so strange and why I came to the forum to talk about it.

I actually was aware of that; but I didn't think it was the best course of action. I prefered to approach right through here, the forums, directly to the player(s), ask what's about, get information, talk about it, and get THEIR point of view - instead of that of an Admin, that might haven't witnessed the scene and would give a not-so-thorough answer like the ones I'd get here, from players that were in the ocurrence. Get it?

Reading the rules and the DC diplomacy post I have to just state the obvious......

They are hostile to all and are "shoot on site"  simple and to the point. While I do not prefer to shoot any players (unless they deserve it or engage myself or friendly players) in game, DC has made it clear they want to fight everyone...so lets oblige them
