First of all, you are not giving the whole situation, just the part that makes it seem like you are right...
Allow me to explain what really happened.

1) You killed me, shard, and david without provocation, (Some of us multiple times) without any pirate
tag, navy or anything on you. we then asked you why you killed us, you claimed "Daleks kills all."

2) It is true, you could kill us because we are over level twenty, but the issue is you claimed that
You were "Allowed to kill us because it is a 'shooter server.' " I believe he spelt RP as shooter...?

3) You said you would stop killing us if we said "Stop," I did not once find that in the rules first of all,
second of all you never once GAVE us a chance to say stop. You justified your killing us again, by
claiming time and time again it is allowed, and it is said so in the forum rules. Yet when I asked you
where in the rules it says that, you said "Uhh, have an admin explain it to you."

Sounds more like he's caught in his own lies...

^^ You claimed an admin explained the rules to you, so how are we to know we broke the rules, when
no admin explained it to us, so therefore, IF we did break a rule, then you did not make us aware of it
until AFTER you killed us.

4) I'd like to bring back how you said it was a "shooter server," so you could just kill us, so does shooter
server mean you get to kill us to the point where we don't want to play anymore? I believe the rules lean
more towards RESPECTING other players, not just disrespecting everyone.

5) I know you will claim that my friends insulted you, yes this is true, that was disrespectful. but ONLY
after you insulted him,  and he DID apologize, even after you lied about the rules concerning player killing.

6) I apologized, and I believed everything was settled, to which you agreed you would not trouble us
anymore, and then you brought in a couple Black Legion members, who were quite obviously your friends,
who then proceeded to kill us. Now, this constitutes in every way, shape or form as harassment.

You're claiming we broke the rules by "insulting" you, but only after you insulted us, disrespected the server  
by breaking the rules, and just plain making it difficult for us to enjoy the game, so you could get some kicks
out of killing us.

I have actually seen a lot of this.

I have a mate whos alias is "Shoot_Me", and people without [X] and [R] tags shoot him out of the sky without asking for a PVP. There excuse is "His name is Shoot_Me so I did!"

Pretty dry, so yea if the rules could be addressed then they will have no excuse for next time.

First of all "I'm glad you posted this," You've displayed that kind of arrogance this
entire time, making it REALLY difficult to solve this situation. Especially when I
kept asking you for where on the forums it said the rules, you just kept saying
to ask the admins...

Oh, and nice job feigning ignorance with Black Legion. "I am not responsible for
what I tell my friends to do..."   I guess telling them to go harass us is not against
the rules... just because it was not you doing it does not mean you are not
responsible.

Oh? You didn't insult us? Yes I agree David stepped over the line, but that was
ONLY after you did the same.

If you let it slide off your shoulders then why do you keep bringing it up?

If you stand for something like "Integrity" so much, try learning to spell it, makes
arguing with you easier. Your paragraphs run on and make little sense...

Yes you did lie, you CONSISTENTLY said everything you claimed was in the
"Server rules." But when I went to where you directed me, it mentioned nothing
of what you said about multiple kills. Then you just kept telling me to talk to an
admin...

"Daleks..." Your RP name is that of a robot that kills everyone, does that mean you
can justify ANY actions by what your RP name says?

Rogue license? You didn't ever give me enough time to scan and see, and you did
not have the tag... You did not mention the license until now, giving me no chance
to know that you had one.

As for your stating that I am "Whining" and such, I'm not, I believe you broke the rules
And I want this situation clarified, but you make it very difficult to do so by consistently
not giving me answers to my questions about the rules.

I'm not saying I did not expect to get shot, what I did not expect was to be harassed by you.

I don't know that these rules are alive or not, but I remember the next killing-rules on the VOID:

- Players aren't shootable under level 20 in all global VOID.
- Players aren't shootable under level 50 only Alexandria system (it helps the trading of the newer players)

Exception: If the low-leveled players begin to shoot you at first.

"Little" arrogance? You held back every piece of information,
and just simply said "Have an admin explain it to you." Not
once did you try to resolve the situation beyond that.

I never said you controlled them I'm simply saying that you
said you "Have many friends in many clans," you stated
that they were your friends, you also stated that we may
pass you, which you insinuated we would not be able to pass
anyone else, now to anyone with ANY capability of some sort
of broad thought could see you were implying that other people
would be keeping us from leaving...

As per which rules you broke, well the most obvious one is still
the fact that you had no tag, yet you claimed to be rogue. You
at no point made mention that you were rogue. You gave us no
chance to say stop.

My biggest issue with you though is instead of solving this problem
from the start by being helpful and just showing us in the rules
where it was, you had to be difficult. You brought this whole situation
on yourself because you just couldn't help us instead of hinder. How
does that message go when you log in? "Being polite costs nothing"?
Well why couldn't you just do that instead of killing us and saying
"HAHAHA dalek kills all because they want too, and go ask an admin
for the rules"

I just don't see that is helpful in any way.
