If you have an autosave or a save at all from before you activated void fly into the omicron minor mod...and reload autosave or however you wanna do it and it'll take you to new york or where ever you where when you saved....worked for me i played through the story in an Gladiator and fears easy as pie WOOT!!!

Well Hi all my fellow Voidians.
I had a ip crash for 24 hours, and when that was fixed, And I was back online I found out the server in Germany had also crashed.
And the Void was down. This being on the other side of the Globe they are not related incidents, however after 48 hours and the Master server saying our's didn't come back online. Re-housing it would either probably mean a server wipe, or a replacement would be needed.

At a cost of more than 1500 Pounds, it would mean the end to the void...as Ruggs said to me on MSN less than an hour ago...
We can all wish for the best folks. !! In the end, it's our support that will either keep the void alive, or let in vanish in the far reaches of
space to become a distant memory held only in forums and Screen shots, and our hearts...

Just on something we might need to concider...I believe its worth doing whatever it takes
But that would require help from all voidians, enemies, allies and freelancers...alike...
Not just me...

I am but one Ambassador, and only been a voidian for a short time...
Doesn't make my interest any different than veteran voidians...
Its the love for the game, and the void that will make the difference in the end..

I have no update as yet.

Firstly, Im not sure where all this doom mongering has come from. We have a hardware fault, the server we have is housed in Frankfurt on the main European Internet Backbone. Finding another provider isnt something I will do at the moment until I know what the hardware fault is.
My opinion is that they will advise what it is and then a decision will be made as to what is to be done. We have expensive equipment being housed by the provider and I dont think a knee-jerk reaction to move it is needed at the moment.

If there is a requirement to move it, then I must weigh up the cost of the housing, rental etc. as I will be paying for it. Over the years we have used a few different companies and we seem to get the best deal where were at.

As I said before, when I get an update, I'll let you know.

 :D Patience is a virtue.  Start excersising some.  It will be back when its back.  Please feel free to go play elsewhere for a bit and take a look around cos you will find that you are playing on one of the best mods EVER.   Its a metal box with switches on it that go "ping" and "bing" - at the moment they are not going "ping" and "bing" - the man that makes them do that is trying to fix it to make it go "ping" and "bing" again.  When he does that we will be able to play the game again.  Might even be sooner than you think.  Relax! Talk to your relatives. Engage in Real Life for a bit. Go outside and look at the sun - for some you might need factor 300 sun cream and a pair of dark glasses.  Remember what real people look like?  Best you go remind yourself for a bit.....!

Khmm. I've tried many mods included with mod manager, speed mod is fun
Why dont we have beam weapons like the justice mk1 in that lethatl beam wep mod?

Well the speed mod makes it impossible for the server guards to disrupt you, although its much more fun to travel at 1200k
systems are not a chore that way..

I like it too, have played with it for a long time prior to the mod's overload..
Never heard of the lethal beam mod..that must be neat..
But the void wont let you use it..=((

Hope Germany is able to resolve our little server..
Life is weird without the void...

However the Void is the only mod for me, will not risk problems trying out other servers, not really interested..
There's no place like it anywhere...
