Wait a minute, the entire reason it was banned was because of the genetic modification it caused! Now, not that I believe you, but if it doesn't cause long term changes to ones DNA anymore why is it still illegal? You are still just trying to cover your bum!  Nor is it lethal, the outcasts continuously dose themself to KEEP FROM DIEING!  Here is what I think the real root of the situation is.  On a recent site seeing flight in Sigma-17, I happened to stop at Atka for a bite to eat and a drink, when I overheard two Cryer scientists talking.  They were slightly hushed but I managed to pick up the conversation.  They have been trying to make a synthetic version of cardamine to use as a "medication" for some years now, and are nearing a breakthrough.  The outcasts make occasional raids on Atka to stop them, it would be bad for buisness to have competition.

I think Cryer got tired of it and hired the army clan 4S_Squad, is lining their pockets well to keep them attacking in system traders, all to either keep the outcasts off their backs long enough to go into synthetic cardamine production and/or eradicate outcast culture entirely so that their synthetic version is the only fix cardamine junkies will be able to buy!

As a reply to  this so called conspiracy between 4S and Cryer are with out proof. I demand that you reveal the names of that so called Cryer scientists, so that they can be called to an interview on Battleship " Belgrade" !!!!

And you don't have any proof that the ecology of Malta has changed!  Also, why are you so defensive?  I didn't say that THEY said Cryer hired 4S, it was conjecture on my part, but your reaction is HIGHLY suspcious.  Maybe I need to snoop around a few more cryer bases to see if theres more answers.  And if I find anything, I ain't telling the likes of you!    The outcasts aren't going to stand for this long 4S, even the elite outcasts, Tercio, may start banding with the pirates they hate so much to run you out, better watch your backs!

And believe you me, if I find any concrete proof of a Cryer-4S conspiercy to get rich off of eliminating Cardamine and the Outcasts, I will be taking it to the authorities!

Outcast are not interested in who are the traders of the cardamine route. All are welcomed if they wanna trade with cardamine, Navy, Pirates, Evil clans and Rogues (yes, I have seen Rogues trading IoI). We are not part of your wars.

4S are good defenders of the route and Dacia were too so they are welcomed. But pirates and rogues killed many traders, lot of cardamine were lost and we dont like that. TERCIO would help to kill pirates in Alpha when pirates try to tax or kill traders. I hope that pirates come to Alpha just to consume our excellent cardamine and stop killing the traders.

And dont tell me you dont like cardamine, I have seen you flying in Alpha

The thing is that the Navy are the ones killing traders now,  and at a much higher rate than the pirates or rogues ever did.  If the Outcasts are to survive they are going to have to get interested in this war and quick, before there is not cardamine left to even keep them alive, much less sell.  They brought the fight all the way to alpha, your home, are you going to let them just take over?! I thought the outcasts had more of fighting spirit than that!

TERCIO are our friends and they will stay our friends !!! The Outcasts, the ones that are true Outcasts come to us for help !!! And we are here. All traders are safe in OA if there is 4S to defend them,we will give our lives to defend honest ones,but we will not defend drug smugglers,they will be shot on site !!!

And Cardamine is not the most profitable item for Outcasts, It's Optronics !!! So forget about Cardamin and go for Optronics it's safer and you have protection provided by the  navy and army clans. With Cardamin you have to think about Pirates, Rogues and Navy/Army, with Optronics you don't have to think about anything, we will do that for you,you just have to think MONEY !!!!!!

So CARDAMINE=DEATH or OPTRONICS=MONEY choose,BUT CHOOSE WISELY !!!!
