It's probably being worked on but honestly i've never heard from a v5 version yet

Please turn any additional running programs off while downloading and you should be fine unless it is your internet connection.

Just be a little patient m8, I wouldn't know of another place to get it from. At least now you got the right mod and you will be able to get in game.
Oh: when activating the mod, the progress bar of FLMM might freeze up. If this happens, let it be until it has finished. The activation sequence will still be running. When the mod is activated, it will show in green in your FLMM window.

You could also try a ping or tracert to the server:
Go to Start-->Run type in "command" then OK
Then write in ping 85.14.217.82 (see what you get)
Then write  tracert 85.14.217.82  (also see what you're getting)
These two commands are for WIN XP so i'm not quite sure if they are the same for Vista
If you have anyone more IT minded around he'll know what this is all about.
