Keepers looking for neutral allie
We have come to point where we would need supplies or joint force.

If I could in any way help you guys get started up properly, I would. However the Reaver RP does not allow us to be anything else than fully hostile to other clans. So I guess a joint force is not in the picture.
About supplies: there are several players on the Void who have one or more chars with an armory. Other players can shop their and buy the stuff they need for a price somewhat higher than the regular market value. If that doesn't help you, you might wanna look for good stuff in Alexandria, Unknown 2, Tartarus and Nomad1. These are just a few examples of systems with bases which sell the best guns and equipment available in the Sirius Sector. Note that for a few of these bases, you will need to get a friendly rep with evil factions, which will take some time killing their enemies and doing missions. The money needed can be earned with trading. There a really a lot of good trade routes here, especially now with the new dynamic economy in place. Spend a little time doing that, and you will soon find yourself in the possession of enough money to get some decent supplies.
Starting a clan from scratch can take a lot of time m8. And on many occasion you will lose faith because nobody is coming. But if you stick to it, they will come don't worry. Being patient is the best remedy. If I were you I would go ahead and make a char with your clan tag and get your clan name out in the open. Spend a good amount of time on it, so people can see your tag flying around and start wondering what you are about, if they haven't read your background thread yet. Participate in fights and battles taking place in for example Sparta and Alexandria, so the more experienced players will notice your name too. Maybe post one or two news items or RP posts to get some pr. Work for it.
Like I said this will take time m8. You cannot expect your clan to grow in a matter of days. It really doesn't work like that I'm afraid. Realize that most of the experienced players here are already in a clan, and the ones who aren't, don't have an interest of doing so, since they like to do missions, explore, red-dot or something else. If I were you, I would focus my arrows on the newer visitors to this server. Why not spend some time in NY from time to time and welcome new players? This way the first thing they would notice would be your clan tag. I bet that would spark some interest.
