Master List Anyone?

I am a bit AR about exploring.  I have really bad eyes, so I cannot really fight very well.  I have a small goal, well, not so small...to find all bases, systems and jump holes.  So, does anyone have a Master List of the base names, and what systems they are in?  It would help me a whole lot if I had at least the names of the bases/planets, and what systems they are in.  If no one has them, I may try to make my own.  That's going to be a lot of work, but at least it will be a start.

I noticed that all the people on the front page of the website, only have 114 systems, but there are supposed to be 115.  Is that because one system is for admin only?

nope no system is admin only  only planet strail in babylonia  cannot be docked by nomal players due to the mine field then the hungry docking ring that eats your ship  if you do manage to get thru the mines and thats impossible lol

i think there may be more now with the add ons of the 3d systems  some of them are :  hel systems/ unk 4/ columbus nomad 2 and so on    they will take you days even weeks to explore took me 3 days to map hel 1  :P

but no i dont belive theres a master list  for everything    and if there is one its in a players hands and you would have to find that player

my suggestion is to explore maybe you find something we didnt know was there  :D

You could use Freelancer Companion which will give all the information about every system, you can download it from <removed>

Look on the universe map of your nav map ingame, and you will find there are two Omicron...Minors? Or Majors, one of the two. One is a completely empty system you start in if you start up the mod in single player. Hence making the mod MP only.

If this is indeed your goal then why would you need a so called "Master List" wich will guid you arround and give you all the information needed? (that would be pretty lame don't you think? - and it will also spoil all the fun of exploring) even if you have bad eyes...
Why not do it all yourself instead of acting like a baby wich wants to be spoonfed?
Ever heard of the saying  "If you want something done then do it yourself"...?

Hmmm, well I guess I didn't make my intentions for asking for such a list clear enough...

I want to be able to check each system, to be sure I have all the places in each system.  I don't need anything "guiding me around".  I am not asking for help "finding" them, just knowing what places are in each system, so I can find them.  Not have them handed to me on a platter or whatnot.  I don't want a map, just a list of names in each system.  :-<

Reality is that with over 2500 dockable places, it is very hard to keep track with my eyesight.  If I had a master list of dockable places  within each system, I could check off the ones I find and know if I have missed any or not.

Another point is that many of the planets in the 3D systems have names with multiple letters, such as 3 y's in them, and that makes it difficult for a person with poor eyesight, trying to read their navmap, to verify if they have been there or not. :-L

I am not by any means expecting to be "spoonfed", thankyouverymuch!

i understand what you want
you don't want the routes in details , but you want to know if you covered the system all or not , so you want to have a guide book  , which have all bases names and systems in it.

well - that's kinda impossible bud , why ?
because this guides were made by freelancers whom covered the systems all and wants to spread spoilers , like some websites that every freelancer knows about it ( of course no site names will be shown ) - so you will not find a list without the locations.... its easy to find them but , if you did then you will be doing 3 major actions:

1- hurt the server , because you will have all the locations sorted and then tell everybody and everybody tells everybody , resulting in a decrease of population and visitors of server because they will very soon know everything about the game and will have nothing to keep exploring for.

2- hurt your game play , because if you manged to know evrything , then you will totally loose the addiction to the game and soon you will find nothing to play for.

3- Spreading these websites and lists names , will by all means hurt the modder work , and you should know that these moders stayed months working on enhancing the mod and system , so you cant just ask for the list of their efforts , they did it and spread bases in all systems , not just to let you know about it -- but to give more exploration time to the game.

Well u have to keep trying on mate.

U know exploring isnt all that bad.
Now if u are having trouble in seeing things then u ask some other explorer to make a group and explore with him/her.
The other explorer would be ur guide and also will be ur eyes.

There goes 1/2 of my RP..
I will resist the temptation of this so called "ML".
We will explore as much as we can and create a database of our owns.
You should be able to access it in the near future on our site.

I second that, I'm currently in Arcadia trying to do a definitive list of the planets,commodities, weapons, ships and what not( I know some of you already know that system but that's not the point). When it's finally done and I've made it into a presentable non-spoiler format so it can be passed onto die_volkner for review to be accessed off of the Marauder website.  I'll be doing this for all systems hopefully but that depends on how big some of the other systems are as I'm just as new to Void as TranzGemini.

well, the only times i run programs similiar to freelancer companion, is cause i forgot a jumpholes location (ive memorized most the paths on void)
