Cant connect again.... Only if i uninstall my security suite!!!!!

What security is everyone else using cos ive now tried NOD32, ZoneAlarm, AVG, McAfee, Trend Micro, BitDefnder and Kaspersky..
All of them stop any connection to the server, only get a ping again!!!

Even if i close the security suites down it still dont work....

Please can people tell me what they are using with vista and if you have had to modify any settings?

I cant have no security on my pc cos thats just silly!!!!

Not to worry!!!! I have now snapped my Vista Ultimate DVD in half and installed XP Pro!!!!  Works perfect!!!!

Just installed the latest version of Nod 32 on my Vista Home Premium 32 bit machine, and it works and I csn connect to Void with no problems

Thank god my Vista workes fine. Dont want to play the newest ame in Directx 9. A whole new world in Directx 10.

Gone back to Vista for the sake of newer games, they are much better in Vista.... However the Vista problem has been sorted.. Definitely and for good..


For any Vista user having an issue here is the latest security software that works... Install Zonealarm firewall as normal, then install Avast anti-virus but when it gives you options to do a custom install choose it.. Then un-tick Network guard and install.. Freelancer works perfect
