Of course send in the SS's... but I like Battor's take on it too. My advice, make 'em pay in game. Hunt them down and be merciless. So they say you "cheat"... you know it's not true and so does every respectible player in the Void. If the twits can't take defeat and die well, give them lots of practice til they get it right.

-In essence, problem is very simple, cause as i know its denied 2 call 'Cheater 'or 'Lagger' in public or private another player, isnt it?If im not wrong, we were attepted by this not once. Only way 2 report a possible cheat, is via Pm 2 an Admin, or not? So, law or not 4 everybody?
-In time, thr was a lot of moanings, "Decline 2 pvp"s,"He is a cheater&lagger" bla bla bla, nuff 2 ROFL 4 a month....
-Im wondering, i never saw a threat like this, posted by some player, who defeate others, & after that he realise he faught with a lagger or cheater, only loosers had troubles with them, couriously, isnt it????
-I think , when server had lagg, its not a crime, if some player could exploite this 4 his advantage, 2 be able killing others-i mean it in fair way.
-I had many fights with Shonensan from a while, and before i've studied his moves, it was so strange 2 me, how could he win a battle in 1-2-vs-5-6(i said 2 cause in that time U were in duo with Lexan sometimes)When i realised how he could fly & snipe, it was a pleasure 2 fight him-we were allways enemies, must say it  ;) So, did he used some kind of cheats or no?-Dont care about it , i think its an Admin job 2 check this, Im here just 4 fun & play, not 4 moaning %-(  Its happened i heard/seened players who noticed he is 'a jumper& A-team did see this& nothing happened'Again %-( 'Jumper, cheater, lagger, Why my rkts & torps dont hit ya' A-team job , not mine.
In present days, if i fight him, & i missed a sec of focusing, "Boooom".Thats it, but what a fight!!!
Belive me, in 1 vs 1 mode, Shonen is not a God,(no offence m8)he is only a Vskilled fighter,with a high percent of focusing capabilityes, mabe a strong Pc, &&&...."Decline 2 pvp him"never !Trust me, he have damage in fight, & i know Shonen could be 'killed'-i mean in game, just focus & patience, and a lot of respawn...
-AAAhhhhhhhhh.....in wars, another question, another huge problem.Ladyes, plz!!! U even thaught he & his m8s could use the TS in war 4 strategy building, and announce eachothers who must be shoted first, or who of theyr m8s must be helped in battle, not only 4 'real time moaning'????Hard nuff, isnt it?

Yes I'm serious but maybe I didn't say what I mean very well.

I mean continue to kill them. Stay within the rules and you cannot be banned for it. No responsible Admin or [VOID] would ban you because some other person is a poor loser. What I mean is, don't stop hunting them and killing them in the spirit of the game and in the spirit of your RP. I figure it's very difficult to constantly be called a cheat but you know and I know and most everyone else knows that is not true. Stick to your playing standards and don't back down because someone is a whiner.

Maybe that's easy for me to say because I don't get called a cheat. I am not nearly as good as that. But I mean it in all the best intentions.

when this thread first came out, you changed your attitude seemingly overnight... (for the better i might add) since then the tone of your posts have droped back to the negative ways

what i mean m8 is take a quick read of your last 10 posts...

here are a few examples

Man everyone will tell you that lag is minimal and other lies like that...the point is that everyone who plays from US or new zealand have huge lag...even certain players that play from europe have a monster lag.
Now we are losing players and that's why no one is telling you what i'm telling you...because we need every player we can find.

Feel free to come play here and raise the already high ping of the server...but don't be surprised if:

^^ bit negative there?! wouldnt it have been more constructive to actually offer some help or advise from one of the "great pvpers" of the VOID to a new player to the void and potential clan leader?
you dont have to, but wouldnt it be nice to hear someone talking about you as a nice guy that helped them in their first few days on the void? instead of all the negative vibes you are giving out..

i'm not saying we should all sit down and watch care-bears together just have the ocasional joke and laugh instead of the big grey thundercloud that comes with ALMOST every one of your posts

Now lag is the main problem here and YOU know that

yes, i know what you mean. i myself was one of the lagging unwashed...

but i know of players from the US that have a ping of 60. i live in the uk and before i swapped my isp a few days ago my pings were anything from 60-100
now i regularly get 15-20 ping

I was in the position to actually DO something about my lagging problem, many people don't have that luxury.
i'm not saying that lag is not a problem.. but with freelancer being so old and with other, more advanced games out there we need to get as many players online as possible so that this work of art game does not fall into the history books.

Now go clean another player back side because with me there's no point in doing that. And keep going on you wannabe void journey...just keep the distance from me.

Shonen, we all lag at times, its not just new players that connect to the servers.....i think its pretty harsh to say to someone "your a lagger" and expect them to leave even though they've never herd the immortal word "lag".

Even you lag at times, i lag at times. We ALL lag sometimes and trying to pin it on new players or anyone else is just wrong.....

Having a high ping doesn't necessarily mean that you lag. You should know that by now so why not stop the silly and pointless arguments. We're getting a bit fed up with it.

I'm sorry you feel that way. It's pretty disappointing to see how a grown man like yourself gets easily beat by the few less pleasing parts of the game. I agree with you that there are some things wrong with what players say and do, but really it's a bit too easy to let this influence your attitude isn't it. There are plenty good things to be positive about. And if you are in any way really wanna help solving the bad things, moaning about them doesn't help anyone. And if you try very hard, you can be a nice guy without being a member of the Backside Cleaning Crew.

No it's not. Players with a stinky attitude are the main problem. And hiho! That's something you can actually do something about. Can't wait to see the results.

Now we would all appreciate it if you could stop being so negative all the time. Yes we sometimes all experience lag. That's what happens when you play an online multiplayer game with players from all around the world. But yet you are the only one continuously moaning about it on the forums and in game. You're creating a negative atmosphere and we can't have that in these times.

I'm not going to argue with you about this, it's a simple and friendly request to please wind it in a little bit. Nothing difficult about it. So I'm not gonna keep asking.

i posted my speedtests to show that i've done something my end to try and improve my game time and to put an end to my lag

Man i always said that i love this mod and this game that's why i still playing here even if all the problems that this server has are like a constant kick in my groin.

its good that you love the server so much and i can understand that the problems that the server experiences really hits a nerve (i hate it when things go wrong  with the server too), but for someone who has been here for as long as you, surely you can remember times that the server has been worse than it is now?

from some of the conversations i've had with other server vets i get the impression that the server has never been as stable as it is now...
