Haha, np m8. Then red for [A] and [T] wings, I'll let "caution" for our [X] wing until someone opens fire. ;)

You would be wise to tell all AoF to see the color red when they see HX. After all, it's one of our clan colors.

Welcome to the VOID. Always good to get new blood. Stick with it - I appologise in advance that there are a certain brand of player here who have a tendency to "whinge" at any strongly supported RP because this was originaly just a shooter server with a little RP for good measure - that has evolved - some say to the detriment of the server - I for one disagree!
As one of the "founding fathers" of AoF I need to add something just so it makes it a little clearer where they are coming from. Their history kind of defines why there is a strange mix - not something I would have agreed to but it was something introduced to extend the life of the group by the new leadership so I have no room for objection as I gave up command to go do other things. AoF are not technicaly a clan. They were set up as an alliance and are one of the few groups that allowed Multi Clan membership - so you could be in a pirate clan but have an AoF tagged trader - the idea was to have a "mutual aid" scenario that wasnt tied to the inflexible clan system or rules - so AoF "Bert" gets attacked by bad guys, AoF "Sid" and AoF "Nancy" come to his aid - however AoF "Tony" is transporting goodies and making dosh so he does not feel obliged on this occasion to assist and infact makes use of the local chaos to make a clean run for the Jump Hole. AoF were ( and I believe still are!) All About The Money. They would sell their own grandmothers if there was a profit to be made. If you take a dig back a LONG way in the thread history you can see how the AoF evolved, developing close associations with the likes of ESF and Dacia ( not always a happy relationship ) I flew an AoF trader for quite sometime but due to Admin duties and my other involvment in a clan I had to, sadly, make a clean break. Are there conflicts of interest? Well nothing that cant be "managed" by those involved - I have seen on one occasion an AoF X tag tax an AoF trader - much to the traders suprise - but he paid up!
Thats probably made it as clear as mud! Good to have you on board. Play by the server rules - as I am sure you will, and all will be fine and dandy...
Fly Fast, Fight Fiercely, Die Well ...!
