What ya think of the -|Nomads|- so far? What would you see more? Any tips, comments or anything please let us know =)

As for your clan, i'v seen you guy's online quite a lot lately but i haven't had the pleasure of killing one of you yet, it's nice to see another clan growing in confidence and strength, and i'm sure i can speak on behalf of all the Black Legion members when i say .. We look forword to destroyiny your confidence and strength ..

hmm true, but since these are hard times i got a few new people so they arent ready yet for heavy fights, and i need to give them a killer instinct ^^ i need a good amount and then i can train and in the meanwhile killing, but nice idea u gave mick-will deffinetly come

though good to see that there are alot online

Getting a clan to grow and prosper is one of the hardest tasks, especially with a game with dwindling global player numbers like FL.
Always keep in mind- time is on your side. You may not be the most powerfull clan on the server, but the longer you last, the more your clan will be engrained in what I call "community memory"- and the easier it will be to find fitting recruits.

Many clans fail withing a short time mainly because their leaders thought "uhmmm..let's make the most powerfull clan" and did not archive anything within the first few weeks.

^^Now i couldn't have said it better.

Just as becker,its a tough task and the longer you survive the easier it becomes.The first few steps are always the toughest.
My advice is be patient,be very patient as there will be many setbacks but u must not lose ur interest in the clan.
Also once the clan is more established other than training people to fight better you must build a second tier of leadership that can aid you in running the clan.For that you need to nurture leadership in your clan as well.

So far u people have been sticking to the RP well.
Now when u people really become the No1 enemy of all the ORDER Clans of Void, replacing the evil clans then u can consider your clan to be a successful one.

Just some tipps: Give ya members something that makes the game more interesting for em. And fight brave, die well and say gf to the syndicate :D Ask when ya need help with anything.

The principle is...your members need to have more fun in the game when they are in your clan than they would have if they were not (or at least...they need to think so). FL is a game- we all play for enjoyment. Your clan needs to be a tool to increase the enjoyment of it's members.

It's bad manners to quote oneself, but anyway, you might want to take a look here
