I think some solutions would be for some of the vets to post some images/pics/short stories about things that happened on void in the past.

Agree.Not only in the past but also whats currently happening on the server.(Mainly in game experiences by some players they would like to share) etc

However things posted in the News/Story section wich appears on the main paige should ONLY be related to the voidserver.

What i'm trying to say (and i'm sorry for being unmannered) is the fact that stories taken from http://www.fanfiction.net/game/Freelancer/ copied and pasted here on the mainpaige have nothing to do with the Void.

Okay, here we go.

What we really need at this point in time is a good Killer Clan hanging out at the Alex Gates. Dare I mention them again? DTA
There, I said it...... DTA (Death to All). Gawd how I hated them. But I remember 3 or 4 Clans of us would try to gang up on them, chase 'em, cuss 'em, kill 'em (once in awhile)...and they would just keep coming back and killing us again....and again...well, u get the picture.

I think all of us old Void Vets, would make some calls and yell into the phone...THEY ARE BACK!!!!!!! Wouldn't even have to say who "THEY" are....cuz we all know!!!

Dang, those were the good ole days....

Perhaps some of the Vets would like to form a Killer Clan again!!

=DTA= Timesplitter here or was it R34P3R i cant remember well an emtpy shell that was once part of the most fun clan ive ever been in in any game its a shame to see the server like this i came back today as nothing has been able to fill the void (no pun intended) that i have im hoping the server picks up again as it was an awesome place to be with some very gfs and although most wont remember my name (i was a silent killer saying only gf usually) i didnt trash talk just did what i had to do....i remember most of you vets and i hoope to see you all online again soon

Easy to make free commercial is to make facebook group and every user should share that group from time to time and gg. I'm new here but i remember how Freelancer was rly legendary game. I came last night with few friends and still we dont know hot to make this server work but hope we get this work asap.

To all those who are just sitting by and visiting (I see all 241 of you right now), if you want to be a part of something amazing, The Void is it. Not only has Strail and all the contributors added to Freelancer (one of the best action space sims) over the many years, but every suggestion is listened to and appreciated. New ships, weapons, systems, races... you name it, it has been added.

There have been many (like me) that have taken a break from The Void, but we always come back. I've tried many different games trying to fill (pardon the pun) the void that this game left, but they were all just cheap copies. This game is and will be the only one for me. If you are wondering what this game is all about or if it will take off again soon, do yourself two favors:

1) Play Freelancer because it's an awesome solo experience
2) Play this mod because it's above and beyond what you'll experience anywhere else

For all you old timers, put your walkers away and jump back in the cockpit! This game isn't going to heal itself. The Void was always about all of us who play, and it won't get back to greatness on its own. It needs our help! After the many years of fun we have gotten out of this game, playing it again is the least we can do to help.

Now, as soon as I find/purchase another disc, I'll be hopping back into this game to do some awesome trade runs. I hope I run into some opposition out there... all that loot just waiting for someone to steal it.
