cant find void on the list plz help

Hello my dear Voidians!

Some of you may remember me from the past...

After a few years, i thought i give my most favourite Space Game another chance - but i cant set up a connection to the void.

My system runs Windows 7. I tried all compatibility modes available, I have downloaded patch 1.1, the latest fllistserver patch is on board and i see some Servers...but not the void. i tried the attach-the-server-ip-thingy mentioned in the Starting guide...doesnt work either...

So, after a few hours of trying, reinstalling, doin everithing mentioned in the starters guide, im still not able to connect to my beloved void server. PLEASE HELP!

1. uninstall and delete everything
2. install freelancer
3. install flmm (Freelancer Mod Manager v1.31)
4. run flmm as administrator (IMPORTANT)
5. drag previously downloaded 2112v5B.zip.flmod to flmm window
wait... don't touch anything... and press ok
6. now activate mod and close mod manager
7. now do this
8. always run game as administrator

i did everything what u said in this order. seems its not the mod causing the problem. I tried other mods online (for example crossfire) and they do work fine. also, the game doesnt crash.

i disabled all, firewall, AV, windows firewall is also shut down. still, void is not on the list. others are, and they are playable. but not void.

You should see all servers including Void.

thanks for the Link, it sorta worked...but...

omfg i starting to go bonkers here.

Now i know, my router is the reason for the connection problem, whatsoever. but after i reinstalled the whole thing again, it just crashes to desktop just after starting screen.

i did a full clean reinstall, even cleaned up registry. restarted the computer after every single step.

wat bugs me is, first, the mod was running fine, but i did not saw any servers. Then, i saw servers, but not the Void. Now that i saw the voidserver on the vanilla install, the game just crashes after loading the mod.

now the question is: is it possible that the modfile gets buggy after installing it once? can redownloading the file solve the prob?

or do i have to follow a given routine for the patch 1.1 and the server workaround? first the mod, then the patches or vice versa?

update: redowloading doesnt do anything. mod just crashes.

Delete the Freelancer folder in the My Games folder.
