Need some help for a Freelancer server.

Hello freelancers.
I have some questions. I've been searching the internet but with no luck.
I'm trying to make a Freelancer server, with no mods or anything, just the standard version but I want to edit some settings and I don't know how.

My goals:

1. Edit player / character starting funds.

2. Edit missions payout, basically I want to raise them to be a little higher that the standard payout. I'm thinking double/triple them or something like that.

I manage to edit the characters founds separately with IONCROSS Freelancer Server Operator mk.V.1, but only after the player creates the character, and I have to edit every one individual.
This is not such a big problem because I usualy play with a group of friends that varies between 4 and 10.

I whould really apreciate if someone could explain me how to edit and raise the missions payouts.
