actualy ur mistaken my friend..... its proven tht a glas of red wine a night is good .............. well my grandads remedey for everything is cider! im feeling ill have a pint of cider

i do martial arts too so i try and drink responsibly so im not completely hammered all the time
its difficult to put someone in an arm lock when you see two of em

I used to be in martal arts (Kungfu) but well it didn't turn out to good...

Well U'll C, sometimes even alcohol doesn't make a good party, sometimes it's even worse!! I used to drink beer constantly (not like an alcoholic) but damn, than I saw it only makes me feel like s***, and I waste my money for nothin', not to mention cigarettes...

So I stoped smokin about 3 years ago, and drinkin' well it took me a bit longer, but I didn't drink anythin' alcoholic for about 6 months now, WHY, well, I hated that smell of myself in the morning, and headache, oh my god...

Nice feelin' when I come home and room doesn't spins like merry-go-round!! Ahhh, nice to have clean liver and lungs...

But, hey, I'm not come here to preach what to do, it's Ur life and do with it what ever U think is best for U...

Alcoholism, another thing that keeps my Engine company busy. Why can't be understand not to drink and drive ? Or drink and walk ... I've had to responed to calls where people were so slamed the fell down the stairs headed out to the car. Sad
