Remove Horus people will moan about Discoverer
Remove Discoverer people will moan about Conqueror

From what I've heard, in the next mod alot of the clan ships will be faster than current VHF's available now, and the Spartan was to be reintroduced anyway.

If people dont want to PvP against the Spartan/Horus or w/e then its simple, don't fight them.

In some ways these ships are good as they give new players a fighting chance against more experienced players, altho in a good pilots hands they become near unstoppable, thats when you call for reinforcements and fight it with numbers.

My last post here just to asnwer what you said.

First the most possible is all the server get that ship
so you will have no option to just not fight it.
You will have the option to pvp or not.

Then a ship that is uncattchable by torps- missiles,
moves like a light fighter and has guns like conqueror
makes every sence of pvp unbalnaced.
And most pvpers play here cause of this balance.

i dont know how spartan is in pvp or anywhere else for that matter.. when i came here it was already baned for use..

now when its free for use again, i must admit i will take one and test it.. ill proly just take my saber back because i hate that fast ships as horus.. in this matter spartan.. i get dizzy.. if i some1 in it fireing at me, i just wont fight him back.. whats the point anyway.. so, i dont care is it in our out..

This is all I will say about the Spartan.

The ship does the work so where is the skill? There is no skill, there is nothing to learn. The ship will drain what skill you might have because when you fly your normal ship again, depending how long you fly Spartan, you will be unable to PvP the same. I know this from experience and as the ship is statistically still the same as the last time I fought in it, I see no reason to expect any different from it.

ok, when i come to the server Spartan was alive and later 2-3 months later baned
I never had a chance to take it and fly it becouse then there was WAR and i did not know server to good
well now i am happy with Spartan back
I will try it
and i will not PvP anyone unless he or she asks me to do it
I hope it is nice ship improved now

so we all have at least 2 chars
so if someone wants to PvP me in anybis and it is near i will take it ...
but if I do not want to PvP someone becouse he is boring (like horus atack anybis) i will not fight and you can not have fun kiling me becouse i will stand and you just shoot as you like but I do not see any fun in that

the point is if you do not like it do not buy it or do not fight against it, it is simple as that, isn't it ?

I intend to buy a Spartan, but NOT for my pvp chars. I have 2 chars not used for pvp. X22 - conqueror, WildFire - conqueror, ShatteredAngel - Anubis.

The char im buyin a Spartan for is for missions, and just generally flying about, enjoying the company of friends.

I wont pvp in it cos its too annoying for the other person.

My opinion :-

Lagg seams to be better, new Alex JG's a great idea, and...

The spartan is more balanced than it was, and fun to fly arround in, but i don't like it for PvP, and i agree that it unbalances PvP. if it had similar stats to an eagle i think it would be ok, but its just too nimble.

My vote is for a balanced server

I was one of the players who when first started playing here, the Sparatn was the ship to fly.

At the time the bug was not known yet. I still remember when Becker first told me about the bug. I didin´t want to believe it, because I loved the ship, and quite frankly I couldn´t fly any other. It costed me a great deal to get rid of it, and I remember wishing it wasn´t bugged.

You know what, know it isn´t bugged (definatly unbalanced tho), my dream as come true.

Or has it? The thing is I won´t be buying one. Because I remember how long it took me to properly fly a proper ship, after I got used to the dizzingly fast turn-rate of the thing. I don´t want to unlearn how to play FL, therefore, I´m not gonna fly it..

Of course there will be tons of the buggers flying around, but I´m not gonna complain about it. The ship is there, everyone has the option to use it, it will be like when the Horus was all the rage...

Will it make the server less fun. No doubt. Will I stop playing it because of this. Hell no.
