Until we know more: An agreement with -=RA=- has been reached verbaly via -=RA=-[X}Scrappy. They will not attack AoF tagged characters as long as we don't attack their ships. Be aware that -=RA=- are not always X tagged particularly the traders. This arrangement also stands for the independant freelancer known as DaVaperz and his many varients. Inform me or 911 immediately of any breach of this arrangement.
