Fireworks @ Barsine Base

Post by Maverick »

After smelling some prey nearby, I followed my nose to Barsine Base, where I ran into =REAVERS=Halfman and =REAVERS=Vermin. (finally got the chance to test your improvements  ;) )
I engaged and within seconds the surrounding space was lit up. Quite soon the battle was joined by RAF Equinox, RAF Cruise and another skilled member of RAF, of whom I tragically forgot the name.

The evil forces joined sides to fight off the RAF pilots, which resulted in one big bloody mess!  :D

Although I was the only Chaos Marine there, we all had a great battle. Everybody fought with honor and respect. And I got a good amount of pwning, so it made my evening! Sorry I had to leave in the heat of the fight.

Anyway: GFS to all involved!
Also, thanks to n*oHellcrusher, who joined in later on, for the great pvp. Man, that was a good one, and tight too. Maybe next time I'll get you...
 ;)

The way to do it is just to steam in guns blazing. That's what we do as RAF. Don't ask let it happen naturally. 90% of players will simply go along with it, then the fun and spontaneous mayhem follows. Planned fights do not have the same effect.

Very true, in a planned fight you are more likely to die as they are ready for you in a spontaneous attack on a group you will stand a better chance of killing a few

...
If i attack a boring group at Sparta, for example, the one attacked shoots back, somebody wins, and thats it. Its hard to create a mass fight without saying something.

What i meant: an organized 3v3 is better than an organized 1v1.

Hint:  Get into a group with allies - be "purple" chat with each other -that way you can co-ordinate any defence against a surprise attack or you can organise your own ambushes.  -=REAVERS=- and now the DKH have a "silence" rule except for "gf" - you wont always get one after each round of combat due to the chaotic nature of a melee - dont take it personaly.  PvP and 1v1 or even 3v3 can be organised in EFZ - probably the best place to do it.   Saves any confussion - the only "safe" place in the void is New York where PvP is forbidden.  If you wander alone be prepared to take the consequences lol
