VOID_TOUR (Void Tour-bus)

By request of the owner of the VOID_TOUR char, I have made this thread. It will help keeping Tour-related topics mix up with the [FAQ] topics.

Members of the Void community:

Starting tomorrow, there will be another addition around VOID to assist players. Some of you might still know it from a while ago.
It's a char called VOID_TOUR, also known as the ' Void Tour-bus'.
The Tour-bus will offer anyone who wants a chance to tag along for a tour through 4 main systems of the Void. He will also provide the clients with valuable information of those systems, along with some useful tips.

The Tour-bus will be making it's run around Void on the following days and times: (provided that the owner of the char is online at that time)

- Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8 PM GMT.
- Saturdays from 8 PM GMT.

The starting point of the tour will be in New York, in front of the Planet Manhattan Docking Ring, where participants will be grouped up with the Tour-bus. The tour will be taking you through the Alexandria, Babylonia, Tohoku and Sparta systems.
Participation is ofcourse free of charge and available for any player on Void.

Mind you: there is a maximum of eight (8) players to be grouped up at once, so when interest is high, the Tour-bus will be assisted by either [FAQ]-MAVERICK- or [FAQ]-DYNASTY-, providing they are in game at that time.

The members of the [FAQ] Team ([FAQ-MAVERICK- and [FAQ]-DYNASTY-) will also be organizing tours through the same systems separate from the Tour-bus. But these tours will be kept on a 'request'-basis and only in absence or unavailability of the VOID_TOUR or in situations when demand is high.

Interested players can approach both of the members of the [FAQ] Team in game by greening them or asking them in system chat. Tours will be organized on the spot when there are more than 2 participants.

We would like to request for anyone to hold their fire at all times on either the VOID_TOUR char and members of the [FAQ] Team, as well as the players who are grouped up with them. The mentioned chars are here to help any player, and destruction of the chars will cause problems for both the clients as well as the [FAQ] members or Tour-bus.

Needless to say that any player which displays a clearly aggressive attitude towards one of the above, will get only one warning - if even possible - before being reported to the Server Staff.

I shot the VOID_TOUR.

I saw him flying around the Sparta/Alexandria, to me he looked like some nub impersonating a void guard.  I asked him who he  was, he didn't respond fast enough, so I shot him, and man was he angry.  But all is good and well now, but he should see if he can get an Admin Uber Shield.

Also this tour is meant for people new to the void,right?  So you are inevitably going to have low ranked inexperienced guest for your tour.
How do you plan to protect them from the NPCs? I believe Tohoku is infested with nomads, and I know Babylonia is crawling with pirates and fugitives.  Escorting one or two friends can be easy, but escorting five people that have no idea what there doing in my opinion is going to be a madhouse.
