Today we find ourselves in one of the most populated systems within the state of Europia, Alexandria. Alexandria has played home to the entrys to every other states for the last 25 years and today at Planet New Berlin in Rhineland leaders of all five states of Sirius signed a multi million investment deal to be placed into the system in the form of a maximum security prison.
The leaders today announced the plans for this new maximum security prison with a look at the future. they stated at the signing of the grand document" We do this for the safety of Sirius. throwing all our rotten eggs in one basket and making the whole of Sirius even more secure by enfocing 1 system."
The new multi billion complex plans were realised at this meeting with the beleif that the complex will be made up of 10 high security complexs and one high security command centre beleived to be capable of holding over 5000,000 inmates this new investment is sure to bring new emploment opertunitys to Europia but no doubt a down turn to the tourism within the system of Alexandria.
Plans were announced that the complex had already started to be built and that the high security complexs were already fully operational. Plans for the future include a new security organisation to be in control of this base and the plan for a billion credit investment into a security fleet at a later date and a mainframe of over 20 security defence platforms to be joining this new security complex at a later date.
The population of inmates beleived to already be serving time within the fuctioning station hits the level of just over 100,000 and the bases at the moment employ over 70,000 full time staff with aid of the 5 states law enforcement agencies to keep the facility secure. The state of Rhineland already invested a small fleet of their finest ships to be handed to the facility and to the security enforcement in alexandria to keep the security high.
