CAN LOG IN BUT NO CHARS!

Hi Guys, Im Kriztofa. Ive got BIG problems. Its been a few months since ive been on the void, no internet connection... anyway.... Got it sorted then when I came back all my chars are missing. Ive double checked my freelancer id and can connect to the server but its like they've been deleted. Ive sent u a pm Strail with all my info. hope its an easy fix...

Has it been more than 3 months? In that case I think the chars have been deleted, if I remember correctly the chars will be deleted after the 3 months of not being used. Please correct me if I am wrong.

No you are correct, characters are auto deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

would there be a backup? it took me ages to get the cash to build a new machine and id be spew'n if i cant play the one game i built it for....
