Hello!

For starters, your ESF clan members should be able to help you setting up, but if not, try trading between New York, Sparta and Alexandria, there is an easy and potent trade route, which is relatively short.

As for ships, i would suggest you check out Sparta Abandoned City, there might be something to your liking before you set foot on more dangerous systems.

No ship called DEMON around, but if you refer to a ship called Deimos, id suggest you head to Tohoku, Planet Logan should have one.
