Ever since I upgraded to Firefox 3.0 (newest version) scrolling and loading any page on the Void site is really slow. When I turn the scroll wheel on my mouse, nothing happens for about 2 secs, then it scrolls down slowly. Loading a page on the forum also takes far too long. As does the response to clicking link buttons.
I already tried increasing the Firefox buffer to 750 MB without any result.
This only happens with the Void site. Non of the other sites I visit have this problem. Also, before I upgraded to Firefox v3.0, everything was great... It just started now with v3.0.
Anybody knows what causes this and how I can change it?
Oh before I forget: there also seems to be a minor issue with loading images on the site. Don't know if it is related, but I thought I'd mention it. Here's an SS of it. It's the header on the top of the screen.
Ok, thanks. But isn't it strange that it wasn't here when we used FF 1 and 2? Isn't thee a setting in FF one can change to get it right? I really like the Z3 theme...
Z3 THEME FTW!
I have experienced the same problems as you on my own computer, but I also see it sometimes when I am using FF2 on someone else's computer.
For me it's not a problem since I prefer looks rather than speed. :D
I am graphic lover
I just tryd FireFox 3.0.1 I have no trouble with the Void site Z3 theme.
I actually dont see a differences. Ony new skins and google is different, but thats it.
Nope, all other sites are perfectly fine. I guess there is no way to sort it through FF, and it's just a them issue, what Vec said. Although I find it strange it wasn't an issue when I had previous versions of FF. :-?
