M8 i miss being your wingman, by god we kicked the living poop out of everything in those days.
I remember you did a spell in XEF too..... as well as we all had independant pirates.....

None payment of "ahem" gifts just wasnt an option in those days pirates would chase thier victims from one end of the server to the other - either way one of them was going to die.

yeah nomad they were the kind of fights that made this server worth logging on for ^^

they had a purpose and meaning, and they were lagless and most of all great fun n =D>

Nice to hear from Becker also! I remember when you flew as [HK]Armada, if I remember correctly, and the day I first met target drone on the shield run. I came out of the nomad base full of shields and you were attacking another trader. I decided to step in and we both ended up getting hammered

Trav I remember once, in turnabout kinda way you catching me in a pirate char as I was trading in a thoth.

We went through so many systems, and i tried every dirty trick in the book trying to shake you off, for about 40 mins, mines on the lane rings false runs on the jh's, use a gate then jump straight back through again but I couldnt shake u, in the end I had to set a trap in Alpha for you with becker waiting on the other side of the jh  :P

Just a moment thats always stuck with me through all these years as an outstanding bit of Freelancer...

This thread really brings back some great memories. I remember when everyone used to gather in Sparta every night and when XEF used to do their raids in Alexandra. I remember my first day on void, the Shadows were up to there usual buisness in Sparta. I also remember alot of tragedys wich void overcome everytime.

this thread is starting to sound like a bunch of old men setting at a home. in my best old man voice "remember the time i had that old chevy man it could fly"  and "remember that girl " and " remember when we could remember what we were doing " rflmao.  :D  :D  :D

oh you all have some great SS thu time, we need a place to save those on the server to have a picture history of the server, from mod to mod.  i lost all my old ones in the big crash of 2008, as i like to call it.  :(

it is funny how much happen hear in the 8 months before i came, reading some of this makes me feel like a noob with only a little over 3 years.

Really nice memories here! Here`s little from mine - I jumped into the Void in March 2005 - void104 mod running. First modded ships there like - Anubis Mk2, Robot Conqueror, Discoverer and Thoth. New system - Alexandria. Freindly atmosphere on server - many legends i knew in past. Dawy, Pol-Sky, Pol-Sam, Zachary (RIP), Travesty, Wayferer, Verminard, Shadows members, KBA members, +tng+ (became trading clan). Later, first pirates came on the server - Pest (aka Entropyslayer, and his legendary XEF clan) and  Stoertebecker (and his HK clan). Polish members left n*o and created MAFIA clan, with - in my opinion - best PvPer ever - Zachary (he had a car accident and died in about 1,5 year ago - Rest In Peace, m8.). I saw Void became the bigger server for about more then a year. We have about 100+ people online every day. Later, Clan system added and clan ships (never released). Forming clans like XEF, Saints and Syndicate with its each unique RP. And others.. I have few screens from this age:
